New Payment Policies

We have new payment policies for Creative Concepts Architecture. 

• 50% of deposits are now due before work begins 
• There are no refunds on deposits. 
• No final drafts will be issued until final balances are paid. 
• Invoices unpaid for more than 30 days will accrue a late fee of 2% per month.
